We may send relevant follow-up correspondence relating to your enquiry. 6. Contact form and third-party services

Nenoark uses the following service providers in connection with the website and enquiries:

When a form is submitted, the information you provide is sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery. Web3Forms may also process technical and anti-spam information associated with the submission. Enquiries received through the form or by email are received and stored electronically in Nenoark's Google Workspace email account.

If the form service is unavailable, an attempted enquiry will not be represented as successfully delivered; you may instead contact us directly at contact@nenoark.com.

Web3Forms publishes its own privacy information at https://web3forms.com/privacy. Its published policy states that form submissions may be retained by that provider for up to three years, subject to plan terms and earlier deletion. Nenoark's retention of correspondence in its own email systems is addressed separately below.

7. Overseas handling of information

Nenoark's commercial interests and professional relationships are international. Relevant enquiry information may be disclosed to advisers, service providers or commercial counterparties outside Australia when reasonably necessary and lawful. We take appropriate steps to protect personal information when making such disclosures.

Some technology providers may process information internationally. Web3Forms identifies operations in India and infrastructure or subprocessors that may handle data in other locations. The countries involved in particular professional engagements or service-provider arrangements may vary. Where practicable, we will provide further information about relevant overseas recipients and destinations on request or at the point of collection.

8. Website analytics and cookies

The website may generate ordinary technical logs through Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site. Nenoark does not intend to use advertising-tracking technologies to build advertising profiles of website visitors.

Nenoark may introduce privacy-conscious website analytics to understand visitor numbers, page activity and general geographic traffic trends. Such analytics are not represented by this policy as active unless they have actually been enabled. If analytics or cookies materially change the information collected, Nenoark will update its disclosures and provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.

9. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and circumstances to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain correspondence and related records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including ongoing commercial discussions and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal obligations and practical limits concerning backups and third-party systems.

In the event of a data breach, we will assess and respond to it and make notifications where required by applicable law.

10. Access, correction and privacy complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or raise a concern about our handling of personal information by emailing contact@nenoark.com. We may need to take reasonable steps to verify identity before responding or providing information.

Please explain the nature of your request or complaint so we can investigate and respond within a reasonable period. We aim to respond to privacy complaints within 30 days. Access or correction may be subject to lawful exceptions.

If applicable privacy law covers the matter and you are dissatisfied with our response, you may be entitled to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): https://www.oaic.gov.au/.
